Jord Neuteboom (1960) graduated at Wageningen University in landscape planning, communication sciences and business management. He has an extensive experience in the development of policies and programs, a.o in the fields of environmental policy, agriculture and energy. He was the manager of transition management programmes on energy efficiency in central European countries (Novem, the Netherlands) and marketing&communication manager (NGO Natuurmonumenten). He is currently leading the Viatore foundation, which aims at personal transformations and societal transitions, and procesmanager health care at Drift. His contribution to transition management relates to putting TM theory in practice and in enriching the TM body of knowledge with empirical research.
