Inspired by his time at Shell and his stay at Schumacher College, Pepik founded the company Innovaders in 2000, pioneering in the field of sustainable industry. Since 2006 he contributes to regional vision development processes through DRIFT. With Meneer de Leeuw, his own company, he wants to work on change: ‘Sustainability asks for transformation. If we connect ideas of different people who each have their own perspectives, we can mobilise society’s potential for change.’
