Transitiearena langdurige zorg/Transition arena in long-term healthcare
Leren in de praktijk voor transitie naar duurzame zorg. Samen oplossingen vinden voor “structurele knelpunten” ten aanzien van de kwaliteit, de financiële houdbaarheid en de maatschappelijke inbedding van succesvolle zorginnovaties.

Transition arena process, including the setting up of the arena, structuring of the problem and envisioning the future for long-term healthcare in The Netherlands. Furthermore the deepening of the subthemes of the future scenario via so-called action arena’s.

Wijkarena Charlois/Neighbourhood Arena Charlois
De Wijkarena Oud-Charlois bundelt de krachten van verschillende mensen die zich inzetten voor Oud-Charlois, zodat ze elkaar versterken, om tot een gezamenlijk nieuw persepctief voor de buurt te komen. Deze groep mensen bestaat uit bewoners, lokale ondernemers en betrokkenen vanuit diverse instellingen en de (deel)gemeente.
The Neighbourhood Arena brings a group of people in Oud-Charlois together to jointly propose a new perspective for the neighborhood. The group consists of residents, local businesses and stakeholders from various institutions and the community.

Pact op Zuid evaluation
DRIFT/Erasmus Universiteit heeft in opdracht van Pact op Zuid het sociaal-economische programma geëvalueerd en handvaten aangereikt voor de keuzes voor de toekomst. Op 17 juni heeft de stuurgroep van Pact op Zuid besloten om meer focus aan te brengen en het pact socialer en duurzamer te kleuren.

Stadshavens Rotterdam/CityHarbors Rotterdam
In Rotterdam was 16 hectare stadshavens toe aan vernieuwing. Er is een nieuw, duurzamer plan ontwikkeld vanuit transitiedenken. Door middel van transitiedenken wordt het gebied  klaargemaakt voor een duurzamere toekomst, met onder andere drijvend bouwen, vervoer over het water en nieuwe bedrijventerreinen waar innovatieve bedrijven samen zullen clusteren.

Knowledge Network for System Innovation and Transition (KSI)
KSI (a co-production lead by Erasmus University Rotterdam, TU Eindhoven and University of Amsterdam) developed a huge number of practical projects and research  programmes that focussed on the process of transitions in society. It resulted in a new field of science: transition knowledge. KSI comprises over 80 researchers from a dozen Dutch universities and research institutes with specific expertise of transitions and system innovations. They examined how transformation into a sustainable society could take place. The sense of urgency grows that this process is one of the greatest challenges for the next decades.
